Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, delivery fee depends on location.

Can we pick-up and drop-off rentals or do they have to be delivered?

Yes you can do your own pick-up and drop-off with a $100 deposit of either cash, check, or credit card. The deposit will be
refunded to you when you return the rentals.

Can you do phone orders?

First time renting requires an in person visit, you must have a valid ID. After that you can pay over the phone to finalize your
order.

Does the price of the canopies include the set up and tear down?

Yes the price includes set-up/tear-down

Do you set-up and tear-down chairs and table for a fee?

Yes we do. $0.60 per chair, $1.25 per table and $0.50 per linen

How do I finalize my rental order?

Orders must be paid in full to finalize. We rent until we run out.

How far in advance do I need to order a pinata?

Basic custom pinatas take two weeks. Custom detailed pinatas take up to two months.
